Our mission is to bridge the long-standing gap between career development science and career guidance practice, and to bring high-quality research into real-world decision making for students, job seekers, educators, and career practitioners.
In a rapidly changing labor market, traditional career guidance often relies heavily on intuition or personal experience, while rigorous research remains confined to academic journals and seldom reaches the people who need it most.
